What is a Contact?
Contact is a record stored with 1 unique email address. Number of Contacts = number of email addresses stored.
Can I get help with my account setup?
Yes! We can assist you with setting up your account for free. Just reach out to us via chat (see blue chat icon on bottom right).
Can I get a dedicated IP address?
Yes, you can get a dedicated IP address for $25 per IP per month, but we only recommend this option for high volume senders.
Do I need to add a credit card to get on a Startup (free) plan?
As long as you don’t go over the limit of 1000 contacts you don’t need to add a payment method. On Startup plan you see BigMailer logo in email footer and on unsubscribe page.
What if I go over my Contacts limit?
If you go over the contacts limit, either via list import or webform email collection, your billing level will be changed automatically and you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the contacts above your current billing limit.
Can I Cancel Anytime?
You can downgrade to any level after deleting your contacts at anytime, as long as you did not email those contacts in the last 21 days (we have to allow for unsubscribes). You can export your lists or any segments with all your data anytime.
